High Season: Juni 4 - June 19 + Junly 2 - September 11, 2022 all ships sail daily.
Low Season: April 10 - June 3 + Juni 20 - July 1 + September 12 - October 16, 2022. Ships sail Thursdays through Sundays and on public holidays.
Tickets: Buy tickets for the MS Stadt Radolfzell (and other ships/routes) at the Tourist-Info Radolfzell and from the BSB booth at the harbour.
Dogs: Allowed on scheduled service with the Lake Constance Passenger Lines (BSB).
Accessibility: All (BSB) ships have barrier-free accessibility. The MV "Stadt Radolfzell" is equipped with a disabled toilet. The ship platform in Radolfzell is reached by a ramp from the railway station.
Connections: In Mannenbach or on the island of Reichenau, you can change to ships to Stein am Rhein and Schaffhausen, Switzerland or to Constance.
