Mainau Forest Experience - Your climbing forest on the island of Mainau

With its nine courses, the Mainau Adventure Forest provides the ideal conditions for an eventful day in the midst of beautiful nature. Swing up to lofty heights and choose the level of difficulty you want to try out in our climbing forest with zip lines, lianas and tricky exercises. Our qualified trainers are always on hand to give you helpful tips. Thanks to the elevated walkway between the courses, even non-climbing adventure forest guests can watch the daring activities in the trees and join in the climbing fun! The Mainau Adventure Forest is located on the mainland near the flower island of Mainau.

The minimum age for all courses is 6 years and the minimum height is 110 cm. Participants must be able to hang and rehang themselves independently and be able to reach the continuous wire rope safety system at a grip height of 160 cm. In case of doubt, our safety personnel on site will decide whether participation is possible.
