We are delighted to serve you a predominantly regional menu, with some ingredients grown and produced on our own farm: These include lamb from the Höri, our own geese, venison from the local forest, ricotta cheese made from local milk, Duchtlinger potato gratin, ravioli with pumpkin and herbs from our garden, fresh Höri breakfast eggs and desserts made with farmhouse ice cream from Alt Schorenhof.
